Long-Term Disability |
SAWS offers a disability program that provides a monthly income for non-job-related illnesses or injuries. This program provides full-time employees with a percentage of their base salary if they are unable to work as a result of a non-work-related disability.
Life Insurance
Basic Insurance
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance are offered to full-time employees in an amount that is equal to one times their annual salary.
Voluntary Insurance
In addition to the basic life insurance, employees can also buy additional voluntary life insurance for themselves in an amount that equals up to five times their annual salary. Employees can buy life insurance coverage for their spouse and children with the cost of coverage varying on age and amount of coverage. The cost of voluntary life insurance coverage varies, based on age and amount of coverage.
