The UTSA Minority Business Development Agency presented SAWS with the Chairman’s Award during the Minority Enterprise Development Week awards luncheon in October. Marisol Robles, SMWB program manager, accepted the award on SAWS’ behalf.
The prestigious honor celebrates individuals and organizations that show a commitment to helping minority businesses succeed.
The recipient is selected by the chairman of the MED Week Consortium, and the award is one of the highest recognitions from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
