SAWS employees and their families joined tens of thousands of their fellow San Antonians to march for the dream at the 2023 Martin Luther King Day March, Monday, Jan. 16. It’s been three years since the event took place thanks to the ongoing pandemic. The spirit of justice and hope that Dr. King envisioned lived on virtually until the in-person event was finally able to return this year. San Antonio’s annual MLK Day proceedings are among the largest in the U.S.
