Due to power issues and other weather-related issues, about 30 percent of SAWS customers are without service.

Citywide Boil Water Notice Now In Place

As a precautionary measure, SAWS is recommending boiling any water that is used for human consumption until further notice.

Bulk Water Distribution Sites To Open Friday

SAWS is opening seven water distribution locations across the city at its pump stations to provide customers with bulk water. Additional sites may be added depending on demand.

SAWS Providing Water Bill Relief to All Customers

Effective immediately, SAWS will put in place a process to charge ALL customers the lower of two amounts on their next bill: either the total current charges for the current month, or last month’s current charges, whichever is lower.

SAWS Call Center Open, Walk-In Customer Centers Closed

SAWS Las Palmas (West Side) and Comerica Bank (East Side) customer center locations will remain closed through Friday, Feb. 19. The call center remains open at 210-704-7297 to assist customers.
